Fear and Greed are the biggest emotion of human life which differentiate a poor from the rich. Robert Kiyosaki author of Rich Dad Poor Dad says "use your emotion to think, not think with your emotion" means that most of employees always work for money. They are afraid of the situation of not having money. The main cause of its fear of money and after they get money they thinking about buying a new car, phone, bike etc means thinking about all desire that is actually greed. We should take every decision regarding money out of fear and greed.
