 Mastermind is also called Think Tank. It is the group of people which are expert in their fields. In this world there are so many big Business-Men, when they take any important decision they first ask the person which is expert and have lot of experience in their field. Just like when they have to take decision related to Finance, they first ask a person which is expert in Finance to give advice about the decision and when they have to take decision related to Market, they first ask a person which is expert in Marketing to give advice. All Business-Men have a group of people which are expert in their fields. These experts make Mastermind group or Think Tank. That is why Napoleon Hill says if you have to achieve success, it is necessary to have Mastermind group or Think Tank, because it helps you to avoid wrong decisions.
