In this world there are so many big Business-Men, when they take any important decision they first ask the person which is expert and have lot of experience in their field. Just like when they have to take decision related to Finance , they first ask a person which is expert in Finance to give advice about the decision and when they have to take decision related to Market , they first ask a person which is expert in Marketing to give advice. All Business-Men have a group of people which are expert in their fields. These experts make Mastermind group or Think Tank. That is why Napoleon Hill says if you have to achieve success, it is necessary to have Mastermind group or Think Tank, because it helps you to avoid wrong decisions.

 Passion is when you put more efforts into something than is required to do it. It can be strong word but it is a strong emotion. Passion is what drives people, keeping them motivate. Always be a Passionate Learner . What does it mean? Passionate Learner means that who has strong, powerful, compelling feeling and desire to achieve something. Passionate learners are engaged learners. They only focus on their goal. They curiously seek knowledge and persevere in their mind. So be passionate,  if you are not passionated then you can't get successful. If you are passionated  then nothing else can stop you to achieve your desire.

Some are fortunate to have everything prepared for them. Such as some are born into money where as Some are not born in fortune. They have to start on their own. It just all depends on how you were brought into this world. For some people, life is full of struggle and stress. Is struggle important in life? Yes, because struggle teaches us the value of hardwork and dedication. Without struggle you can't achieve success in your life. Some people think that we are only struggling but this wrong. Everyone is struggling in life but some just hide it better than others or they just learn to deal with their problems. If you are struggling, so keep trying without any fear. When you born in this world, your  Mind is like a White Paper . When you grow up, this white paper (Mind) becomes black. Why should it becomes black? Because if you had learned bad things your mind will become a black paper. If you have a bad mindset you will never memories and focus. Why you will never memories and focus. For understanding this i will give you an example:                Suppose you are reading in a class. Your teacher is delivering his/her lecture. If you have  bad mindset you can't focus on it because your mind is only thinking about bad things. For example: We can easily write on a white paper. Imagine, this white paper is our brain if it becomes black we can't write on it. Same case to our brain if it becomes black we can't focus or if it's white we can focus easily.                To learn something new you should have a Clean Mindset.          

According to me, we should always listen others to learn something new. When someone is telling you about any valuable information, you should listen to it. I will give you an example:             If you are a student in a school. Your teacher thought you any lesson. If you didn't understand it. You should tell other students in your class to revise this chapter for me. I think all students have ego that why to listen other student's. If i listen, what others think that i am not intelligent. This is not right, if you have to gain knowledge, you have to listen others. If he/she is younger than you it doesn't matter. Don't think that what others think about you. You have to keep going.

According to me, Mistakes make us expert and powerful. They act as a learning curve. If you doesn't make any mistake, you will never get successful in your life. To explain, how does mistakes help us, i will give you an example:                      Recently i went to essay competition, but it was my first competition. There were lot of students in this competition. Some were in class 8th, 9th, 10, 11th or 12th, but i tried my best. In writing i make lot of mistakes. I don't came 1st, but i got lot of exposure and experience by this competition. This exposure and experience will help me to reduce fear and decrease avoidance. Whenever i will go to next competition i don't make such type of mistakes that i had made in previous competition. By making mistakes i learnt something.
